How does Fabric Punch make Custom Fabrics?Updated 2 years ago

We use a process called dye sublimation, where we print any graphic that is uploaded with the exact dimensions as specified in our Fabric Customizer on the Fabric Punch website. We print that image to a clay-based paper using water-based inks.  Next, we use a Heat Press to transfer the color from the paper to the desired fabric. 

We print exclusively on polyester-based fabrics using a dye sublimation process, which allows for extremely bright and vibrant colors that don't fade when you wash.
